Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with the reservation or making a claim

Reservations, Reservation Confirmations and Cancellations & No shows

Reservations are confirmed once we have received full payment for the services as requested and we have sent to you a confirmation number. 
Beccar accepts payments through the Zelle network and all major credit cards.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
A 24-hour (sedan and SUV) and 4-day (passenger van) prior notice is required for a full refund. This applies to all reservations. Reservations for special events and holidays may require much earlier cancelation requirements.

Smoking in vehicles: 
All our vehicles are smoke-free. Smoking, vaping, or drug use is prohibited. Failure to follow this rule may cause a cancelation of the service and a special cleaning fee assessed.

Cleaning Fee:
May apply when we determine that as a result of unfitting use or behavior the vehicle requires cleaning beyond what is normal/customary

Damage to the vehicle interior and cleanup:
The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or any member of the party accompanying the 

Unbecoming/unruly behavior:
At any time while providing service Beccar may stop/cancel a ride if it decides that continuance of service -as a result of the clients’ behavior- is unsafe. Every effort will be made to correct the situation before Beccar is make the decision to stop service.

Vehicle’s Capacity:
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond factory stated seating capacity.

Please call us or send us an email to cancel your booking. Allow two days for refunds to be processed and funds to be credited to your account. No refunds will be given for no shows. Please refer to cancellation and refunds section for additional information
